On May 22, 2014, Gowoon debuted as a member of Berry Good with the group's first digital single "Love Letter". Gowoon debuted as a member of the group's first sub-unit, Berry Good HEART HEART, on April 27, 2018 with the digital single "Crazy, Gone Crazy". On February 20, 2021, Gowoon made her solo debut with the digital single "City Lights".
On February 22, Gowoon announced via Instagram that she would be leaving Berry Good following the expiration of her contract. On March 22, 2024, Gowoon announced that she had changed her stage name to ISHA following the announcement of a collaboration digital single "Dessert" with fellow Berry Good member E. SO.
On June 21, she released her fifth digital single "Why Do U Love Me? ". On July 12, she released her sixth digital single "See".
On August 5, she released her seventh digital single "Call Me". On September 4, she released her first EP Illusion. On June 6, 2025, she released her second collaboration with E.
SO "Meow! ". On July 25, she released her eighth digital single "Palm Tree".
On September 1, she announced a fan meeting with E. SO scheduled for September 20. On October 3, she announced her upcoming release "Come Over (feat.
Albert)", scheduled to be released on October 10, 2025.
