On December 12, 2014, Minju, under the stage name Woo-U, debuted as the guitarist of the girl band Kiwi Band under CMG Stars with the release of their debut single album "Hakunamatata". A month later, on January 15, 2015, she debuted as a member of the girl band's first sub-unit, Kiwi, with the release of their digital single "Don't Shake My Heart". Later that year, in November 2015, Minju eventually left the group and its sub-unit shortly after the release of their second digital album, "Restart".
Sometime after her departure from Kiwi Band, Minju joined AMP Media. Under her new agency, she eventually made her debut as a soloist under her real name with the release of the mini album My Name Is Han Minju on December 8, 2017. In an interview, she later revealed that she had departed from Kiwi Band due to her former company being an abnormal environment; the staff were related to gangsters, the girls were not provided appropriate accommodation and lived out of a and neither were they provided practice rooms.
Unfortunately, she departed from AMP Media shortly after her debut mini album and went onto co-found her own agency, Mandu Company, for future activities. On June 24, 2019, Han Minju released the digital single "Peanut Butter". Later that year, Minju appeared as a contestant in the Channel A survival show Vocal Play 2.
She was eliminated during the first round after performing her song "나만 없어 고양이" in the third episode. Since late 2019, she has not been active in media and her SNS are inactive; it is assumed she had retired from a pursuing a music career.
