Haebom began as a streamer sometime in 2017, under the username 'haebomhaebom'. She primarily focused on streaming game content of MMORPGs and trending games, but later diversified to include regular chatting, commentaries and song covers. Prior to releasing her own first song, she had uploaded 25+ song covers and her first original song was anticipated by her followers.
Eventually on August 7, 2019, Haebom released her first digital single "Flower Wings". Due to being unsure of her direction with music, she resumed her regular activities and did not release any other original music for several years. In 2024, five years after her music debut, Haebom announced that she was preparing to release her second original digital single.
Her second single, "Rule of the Princess", was then released on August 7, 2024. She released her third digital single "Love Dopamine" on August 30, 2025. This release also marked her first music video.
