On January 14, 2016, she made her solo debut with the digital single "I'm Okay", under the stage name Shin Yubi. In December 2017, she was introduced as a new member of HINT, under the stage name ByeolA. She had her first release with the group on January 3, 2018 with the mini album Walkie-Talkie.
She presumably left the group sometime in mid-2018.
