She made her debut as a member of Sugar with the song "Sweet Love" on December 18, 2001. They then released their first full-length album, Tell Me Why, on March 13, 2002. She made her solo debut on July 13, 2006 with the digital single "Cutie Honey".
On December 20, 2006, Sugar officially disbanded after all of the members had decided not to renew their contracts with Starworld.
