On August 20, 2023, Adéla was introduced as a contestant of The Debut: Dream Academy. On September 15, Adela was eliminated from the competition. On September 13, 2024, Adéla released her debut single "Homewrecked".
On October 25, she released her second single "Superscar". On January 4, 2025, Adéla teased her third single "MachineGirl". On July 6, Adéla teased her fourth single "DeathByDevotion", out on July 11 On July 12, Adéla announced her first EP, The Provocateur, set for release on August 22.
The fifth single "SexOnTheBeat" was released along with the album.
