On June 2, Myu was revealed as the first member, followed by Mizi on June 3, Lyle on June 4, and Yuho on June 5. On June 6, 2025, it was announced that Re:Hearts would debut with their first digital single, "Reborn", the next day. On December 23, 2025, it was announced that Re:Hearts will be releasing their second digital single, "Persona", on January 3, 2026.
