Hyemin

After leaving RBW as a trainee, Hyemin formed the independent female duo YDS with fellow former RBW trainee Sohyeon. Together, they made their debut on May 4, 2018 with the release of their first digital single "Goodbye, Spring". Since they did not have an agency and were producing and creating songs by themselves, they were unable to release any new music for a few years, thus they focused on being cover singers on YouTube.

Through increased popularity, they eventually made a return in 2021 with the release of "Confession". In 2024, YDS officially signed with HO ENT and she has since been promoting as an official artist along with Sohyeon.
