JYP Entertainment teased on their account the trainees of their subsidiary INNIT Entertainment, Na Yeongjoo and Lee Songhyun, as part of an upcoming project on January 6 and January 9, 2026, respectively. On January 13, 2026, INNIT Entertainment opened the official SNS accounts of their upcoming duo dodree, simultaneously confirming Na Yeongjoo and Lee Songhyun as the members. The same day, through the release of their official logo motion, it was revealed that they would be debuting with their first digital single "Just Like A Dream" on January 21.
