On June 29, 2021, Kihoon was introduced as a member of the pre-debut boy band of EVERMORE THE YOUNG (later known as Catch The Young). They debuted on November 1, 2023 with their first mini album Catch The Young : Fragments of Youth. On September 23, 2025, he was introduced as a contestant on the Mnet's band survival show STEAL HEART CLUB.
On December 9, he was eliminated in episode 8.
