On July 5, 2024, BabyLemon Entertainment opened SNS accounts for their then-upcoming duo. On July 30, the members were revealed to be Kepi and Haena. On August 16, 2024, ANGEL NOISE announced their first digital single "Toy Toy", scheduled for release sometime in October.
Later, on September 4, it was announced that their debut single's release date is on October 1. On January 12, 2025, they announced their second digital single "White Letter" set to be released on February 3. On April 14, they announced their fandom name to be 'HAEPI'.
On August 19, they announced their third digital single "Ram Pang Pang", set to be released on August 29.
