On February 22, 2026, Na Entertainment announced through an official statement that, after six years of promotions, they had concluded it could no longer sustain activities for DUSTIN due to multiple internal considerations. As a result, the group was officially disbanded. However, former members Seung Gi and Raphael were confirmed to form the agency's upcoming boy group XENIX=ON.
The same day, official accounts for the group and its members were created on Instagram and TikTok. Through this, other individuals part of the lineup were identified to be Mickey, Tama, Ino and Lui. On February 28, the members were officially revealed.
