On March 14, 2022, XEED introduced Doha as the first member of the group. The next day, Bao was introduced. On March 16, Jaemin was introduced with Roni being introduced as the final member the next day.
On November 18, 2022, XEED revealed a scheduler for their debut mini album, Dream Land, set to be released on December 1. On January 17, 2023, it was announced that Roni would be leaving the group due to personal circumstances. On July 17, XEED revealed a teaser for their second mini album, Blue, set to be released on August 1.
On July 26, UO was introduced as one of the two new members to join XEED, followed by Shun on July 27. On March 22, 2024, Nature Space announced that XEED would be disbanding on April 8, 2024. On April 20, 2025, the group announced their reformation by opening new SNS accounts under the name XD.
On May 23, it was announced that XD will be making a comeback with their first digital single (labeled as single album) "Wished", scheduled for release on May 30. On July 30, it was announced that Shun had left the group. On October 1, XD announced its first sub-unit, BE:MIN, consisting of members Bao and Jaemin.
On November 10, XD announced that member Bao will be going on an indefinite hiatus.
