On June 8, 2023, XX Entertainment revealed their upcoming boy group X-BOYS with concerts at ShowBox Tokyo in Japan from July 8 to September 3, revealing all four members of the group (Gyeol, Jin, Younghoon and Seunghoon). One month later, Seunghoon left the group due to unknown reasons since he was not appeared on their posts anymore. They have been inactive since September 2023 without posts and updates anymore, hinting their disbandment.
