Victor was formed sometime in early 2013 or 2013 by OnSpot-I Korea with members In, Chu, Gyeom, Jun and Bi. They made their official debut on July 1, 2013 with the digital single "V-up". They later went on a European tour in September where they performed in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany.
They disbanded sometime after in late 2013 or early 2014. Kyum later made a solo debut under the stage name Z. NU on May 10, 2017 with the EP Mathilda.
The circumstances of the other members are unknown.
