Kangmin

Kangmin was introduced as the seventh and final member of VERIVERY on September 11, 2018, with a short video followed by two reveal photos and a behind the scenes video. On January 9, 2019, he then made his debut as a member of the group with their debut mini album Veri-Us. On May 9, 2025, news outlet Star News reported that he, along with Gyehyun and Dongheon, would be participating in Mnet's survival show Boys II Planet as contestants.

On June 7, Kangmin was revealed as one of the contestants of the upcoming survival show Boys II Planet after being chosen by trainees as a 'Visual Poster'. On June 12, he was officially revealed as a contestant on Boys II Planet, representing Jellyfish Entertainment. He ranked 9th place overall in the finale episode, nearly debuting with the 8-member boy group ALPHA DRIVE ONE.
