On June 12, 2025, he was introduced as a contestant of Mnet's survival show Boys II Planet, representing IST Entertainment. He ranked 15th place overall in the finale episode, thus being unable to debut with ALPHA DRIVE ONE. On January 15, 2026, he was announced as a member of IST Entertainment upcoming boy group TUNEXX.

The group made their debut on March 3, 2026 with the mini album Set By Us Only.
