In August 2010, TOUCH was officially introduced as YYJ Entertainment's first boy group. Their lineup consisted of Dabin, Hanjun, Junyong, Minseok, Sunwoong, Sungyong and Younghoon. Before officially debuting, they held their pre-debut showcase in Macau.
On October 21, 2010, they officially debuted with their first mini album, Touch. After promotions ended, it was announced that Dabin left the group due to company disputes, while Younghoon departed over family conflicts. On May 5, 2011, with their new lineup, they released their second mini album, Too Hot 2 Handle.
In September, Hanjun left the group to pursue a solo career. Later in the same month, Jaewook, was introduced as a new member of the group. In April, 2012, Junyong and Minseok's departures were announced.
By the following weeks, it was revealed that they had been replaced by new members Chulmin and Kanghyun. In May 2 they released their first digital single, "Let's Walk Together", with the lineup consisting of Chulmin, Jaewook, Kanghyun, Sunwoong and Sungyong. A year later, in May 2013, it was announced that Kanghyun had left the group and was replaced by Sangwook.
Following the announcement of Sangwook's addition, it was revealed that the group had signed with . Later, on September 2, 2013, the group officially debuted in Japan with the digital single "Start to Fly" On February 5, 2014, they made their first Japanese comeback with their second Japanese digital single, "キミに~Maybe I fall in love~". On August 26, TOUCH made their Korean comeback after more than two years with their second Korean digital single, "Rearrange".
After their promotions for the single ended, the group seemingly entered an unofficial indefinite hiatus starting in October 2015 following Sangwook's announcement that he would begin his mandatory enlistment. It is believed that he quietly left the group sometime in late 2016. In early 2017, Jaewook left the group as it was revealed that he had parted ways with his former agency.
On November 2, it was announced that Sunwoong had signed with WILL Entertainment, signaling his unofficial departure from the group. It is expected that the group disbanded with the remaining members, Sungyong and Chulmin, on October 22, 2018, eight years after the group's debut. This was implied when Sungyong posted a "Thank You" message on his Instagram, sharing old photos from 2010–2014, the period when TOUCH was still actively promoting.
The couple held their wedding ceremony privately on May 18, 2024. - Jaweook changed his stage name to JEBB and joined the duo WEAB. - The remaining members have since left the entertainment industry and focused on their personal lives.
