On December 23, 2024, it was announced that Bridge Enter is expected to debut a virtual idol boy group called SKINZ in 2025 with EL CAPITXN as the head producer of the group's debut album. The group's official SNS accounts were opened on the same day. On December 25, SKINZ was teased on SBS Gayo Daejeon.
It was announced they will have seven members, all having lyric and composition skills. Their debut teaser was shown on stage and then released on their SNS afterwards. On January 24, 2025, Bridge Enter posted a "SKINZ Calendar" showing the group's schedule prior to debut.
They aim to release self-composed songs prior to debut to increase anticipation and showcase their skills. However, the debut date is yet to be revealed. On January 31, SKINZ's self-composed song "돌아오는 길" was aired during an episode of the K-drama '.
On February 7, their second self-composed song "Poison Ivy" was released. On March 11, Bridge Enter updated their "SKINZ Calendar" which revealed they would be teasing the voices of the members on March 12-13. From those voice teasers, it is hinted they would be debuting in April.
On March 13, it was reported that SKINZ would be participating at 2025 SBS INGALIVE UNI-CON in TOKYO DOME in Japan, making this their first stage performance. On March 24, SKINZ introduced their first member to be Dovin, followed by Yull and Theo on March 25, Dael and Finn on March 26, and Jaon and Ilang Kwon on March 27. On March 31, 2025, it was announced that SKINZ would be making their debut on April 10 with the digital single "Young & Loud".
On November 11, it was announced that SKINZ would be releasing their second digital single, "The Way Back" on November 29, 2025. On January 20, 2026, SKINZ announced that they will release their third digital single, "Why U Mad" on February 4, as a pre-release for their first mini album. Details of their upcoming mini album would be revealed at a later date.
On February 25, SKINZ announced that they will release their first mini album, SKINZ is SKINZ on March 11, 2026.
