On September 29, 2024, Xin Che introduced as a contestant on the Chinese-South Korean survival show Starlight Boys. During the show's finale, he was revealed to have ranked 4th overall, thus making him a member of POLARIX. On May 28, 2025, Xin Che made his debut as a member of POLARIX with the EP Freefall.
