On November 21, 2019, FNC revealed their future plans including debuting a new rookie boy group in 2020 with a new concept. Profile photo On February 19, 2020, it was reported that FNC is set to begin debut promotions for the group in the spring towards a summer debut. On August 27, 2020, a teaser poster titled 피원에이치(P1H) : 새로운 세계의 시작 was released.
The film is described as a fusion project between K-pop and K-movie and will be released in October 2020. At 12AM KST on September 1, 2020, a logo motion video was released on their YouTube channel, revealing the group's name to be P1Harmony. Their official SNS accounts also launch at the same time.

During the showcase for Disharmony : Break Out, the official name of P1Harmony’s fandom was announced, "P1ece (피스)", with an introduction, “just as small pieces come together to create a full piece, it means that the ‘last piece’ to P1Harmony’s perfection is the fans who are indispensable.
” On July 5, P1Harmony released its official lightstick. In October, P1Harmony was invited to perform at Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (KCCLA) & House of Korea's "Korean Day at Balboa Park" in San Diego, California on October 23. They were also invited to perform at KCCLA's "KCCLACF Night" in Los Angeles, California on October 26, as part of the Korean Cultural Festival.
Promo photo for [[Disharmony : Find Out]] On December 20, 2021, FNC announced that the group will comeback with their third mini album, Disharmony : Find Out on January 3, 2022. On January 22, it was announced that P1Harmony would be holding a tour, primarily in the United States, with the exception of a Seoul concert date. The tour will be called 2022 P1Harmony Live Tour [P1ustage H : Peace] and will take place in February and March.
The first concert will be in Seoul, South Korea on February 26. P1Harmony will then move on to the U. S.
leg of the tour with the first concert in the U. S. being New York on March 11.
The eighth and final concert of the U. S. leg will be Los Angeles, California on March 27.
On July 1, FNC announced that the group will comeback with their fourth mini album, Harmony : Zero In on July 20. On November 10, the group released a prologue teaser video announcing the release of their fifth mini album, Harmony : Set In, on November 30. On April 6, P1Harmony announced they will be releasing the digital single "Super Chic", in collaboration with the British trio New Hope Club, on April 21.

On June 19, the group announced that they had signed with Creative Artists Agency to handle US activities. On November 9, the group released their second digital single in English, "Fall In Love Again". On January 18, it was announced that the group will be releasing their first full-length album Killin' It on February 5. On February 16, the group received their first award show win for Killin' It as the K-Chart winners for the third week of February on Music Bank. On February 23rd at midnight KST, P1Harmony officially announced their 2024 concert tour "2024 P1Harmony Live Tour [P1ustage H : UTOP1A]".
