On March 26, 2024, he was officially introduced as a contestant of MAKE MATE 1. During the show's finale, he was revealed to have ranked 6th overall, thus making him a member of NouerA. On November 27, 2024, Nouer Entertainment announced that Jeon Jun Pyo had changed his stage name and would be going by Junpyo from now on.

The group made their debut on February 26, 2025 with the mini album Chapter: New is Now.
