On October 31, 2023, NOMAD Entertainment opened up SNS accounts for their upcoming boy group NOMAD set to debut in 2024. On January 12, 2024, NOMAD released a B-side track lyric video from their first EP titled "[Eye To Eye]". On February 2, it was announced that NOMAD will debut with their self-titled EP on February 28.
On September 11, it was reported that NOMAD will be making their first comeback in October with a single album. On September 16, the title was revealed as "Call Me Back", set to be released on October 9. On February 28, NOMAD was released their first digital single, "Carnival".
On December 18, 2025, NOMAD announced the closure of the group's b. stage on January 21, leaving fans wondering as to whether the group will be disbanding. On January 12, 2026, NOMAD Entertainment announced that NOMAD has disbanded with the members pursuing individual activities under the agency.
