On January 1, 2023, VT Entertainment opened an Instagram account for their upcoming boy group MIRROR, also revealing the first member Sunho on January 2. On March 6, 2023, they removed all their Instagram posts, changing their name to VT Trainee and revealing the first member Sunho, followed by Zeo on March 7, Youngwon on March 8, Sol on March 9, and Dojun on March 10. On March 29, 2023, they changed again their logo and name to MIRROR hinting their debut soon.
On May 9, 2023, it was announced that the group would debut on May 12 with the single album "백월(白月)". In mid-2023, they presumably disbanded due to inactivity on their social media and the deletion of their Instagram account.
