On June 18, 2022, Biscuit Entertainment revealed their first pre-debut group of boy trainees through a short video, known collectively as 'Biscuit Boys'. The identities of the eight shown trainees have yet to be revealed. It is currently unknown when they will debut.
On September 9, 2022, then-ASTRO member Rocky revealed through an Instagram story, that his younger brother, Park Jeonggeun, was one of the trainees a member of Biscuit Boys. On October 7, 2022, Biscuit Entertainment opened up SNS accounts for the group revealing all seven members. On January 31, 2023, Biscuit Entertainment announced that the group will debut on February 23 with the mini album How R U.
