In May 2019, Jin Woo participated in his second survival show, Produce X 101. He was eliminated in episode 11 and with his final rank being 22nd place. On September 18, Jin Woo debuted as a member of unit group of TEEN TEEN with their first mini album Very, On Top.
On August 27, 2020, Maroo announced the members would be debuting as part of the agency's new nine-member boy group, GHOST9, in September 2020.
