On August 26, 2020, Hyeongjin was revealed to be the fourth member of the unnamed boy group under JN Entertainment. He will make his debut sometime in 2021 with the group. Sometime in August 2021, Hyeongjin parted ways with JN Entertainment after the JN boy group disbanded.
On August 19, 2022, he was revealed as a member of the upcoming boy group DIGNITY. They debuted on July 24, 2024 with the mini album Digmotion.
