On May 2, 2025, Lim Ji Hwan was announced as a contestant on the SBS survival show B:MY BOYZ. Unfortunately, he was eliminated at the end of the fourth round after ranking 17. On January 16, 2026, Lim Ji Hwan was identified as a member of DAILY:DIRECTION, before he was officially introduced on January 20.
The group made their debut on February 23, 2026 with the single album "First:Delivery".
