On December 22, IWill Media announced that Yook Sungjae had signed on with the agency to actively promote in diverse fields. On December 29, Yook Sungjae opened up his official Twitter account and solo fancafe. On March 14, IWill Media announced that Yook Sungjae would release a new solo album within the first half of the year.

On April 17, it was revealed that he will be making his comeback on May 9. On April 25, he announced his first single album "Exhibition : Look Closely". On May 26, 2025, Yook Sungjae announced his first mini album, All About Blue, scheduled for June 19.

On November 10, it was announced that Yook Sungjae will make his Japanese debut with the digital single "One and Only Story", scheduled for release on November 11, 2025.
