On November 28, 2017, they debuted with their first mini album Into BLK Part1. I. In April 2018, MingMing joined as the seventh member.
In September, Taebin revealed the group has disbanded through a post on their fan cafe. On January 21, 2023, it was confirmed that BLK (with four members: Taebin, Sorim, Ilkyung and Inno) will partake in JTBC's Peak Time. Their silhouette was revealed through a performance of "An Encore" by SHINee.
