Chanyeon

Chanyeon used to work as an audiologist at the Korea University Anam Hospital. He was inspired to start an idol career after meeting Troy Kotsur and Kim Il-woo, two actors with hearing impairments, who told him about the Big Ocean project. On August 2, 2023, he was revealed as one of the members for Parastar Entertainment's upcoming boy group Big Ocean.

The group debuted on April 20, 2024, with the digital single "Glow".
