On December 29, 2022, Han Yu Jin was introduced as a contestant on the reality survival show Boys Planet. During the show's finale, he was revealed to have ranked 9th overall, thus making him a member of ZEROBASEONE. The group debuted on July 10, 2023 with the mini album Youth in the Shade.
On April 11, 2024, Han Yu Jin was officially announced as the new MC for Inkigayo. He stepped down on September 14, 2025. On January 11, YH Entertainment stated that Han Yu Jin, along with Zhang Hao, Ricky and Gyuvin would be taking time to prepare for their future activities and carefully review various directions following the conclusion of ZEROBASEONE's activities so that they can fully demonstrate their individual abilities and potential.
WAKEONE stated that they are discussing various possibilities for the group's future. The four officially departed from the group after their concert on March 15. On March 18, he was reported as a member of YH Entertainment's upcoming boy group AND2BLE.
