On September 19, 2025, AmbiO opened their SNS accounts. On September 20, Tetsu was introduced as the group's first member, followed by Jeesoo on September 21, Ruone on September 22, Kiwon on September 23, and Seungsang on September 24. AmbiO released their first digital single "Runnin'" on September 27.
On October 20, AmbiO unveiled the first concept photos for their first English digital single (labeled as second digital single) "I Wish" scheduled for October 27. On November 27, AmbiO released their third digital single, "Click". On February 26, 2026, the group announced their debut mini album Boys Be Ambitious, set for release on March 18.
