Profile photo On October 6, 2021, it was announced that former GFRIEND members Eunha, SinB and Umji had signed under BPM Entertainment to re-debut as a three-member group. Two days later, 2021, their group name was announced through their visual film. On October 12, it was announced the group would be joining the K-pop platform UNIVERSE on the 15th.
Two days later, VIVIZ held their first scheduled activity for the 2022 S/S ULKIN LSD Collection at Seoul Fashion Week. thumb|right|Promo for [[Beam of Prism]] On January 14, BPM Entertainment announced that the group is set to debut in February. On January 24, a coming soon teaser was posted on the company's Twitter account confirming their debut with their first mini album Beam of Prism.
The album was released on February 9 with "Bop Bop! " serving as the title track. On February 21, Mnet revealed that the group would be participating in their reality show, Queendom 2, which began airing on March 31.
On April 20, BPM announced that VIVIZ was preparing their full-fledged entry into the U. S market after recently signing with an American label and working with contracts for agents, promoters, and publishers. As part of their pre-debut plans, BPM revealed that the group would be collaborating with Belgian DJ for a remix version of "Bop Bop!
". The remix was released on April 28. Promo for [[Summer Vibe]] On June 23, a coming soon teaser was posted on the group's social media accounts which revealed that the group will be releasing their second mini album, Summer Vibe, on July 6.
On July 8, The Unit Label announced that they would no longer be managing VIVIZ's U. S activities due to various problems and management issues. thumb|right|Promo for [[Versus (VIVIZ)|Versus]] On January 5, Xports News reported that VIVIZ would be having a comeback at the end of January.
Later that day, BPM confirmed the reports and added that the group are in the final preparations. On January 9, the group announced their third mini album, Various, set to release on January 31. On October 11, the group released a schedule poster for their fourth mini album Versus, set for release on November 2.
On August 23, BPM Entertainment announced that the group members have renewed their contracts with the agency. They also announced they are currently preparing for a comeback in the second half of the year with a new album. On October 14, they unveiled a video teaser for their fifth mini album Voyage, set for release on November 7.
On May 27, 2025, BPM Entertainment confirmed that VIVIZ is preparing for a comeback aiming for a release in early July. The upcoming album is said to include solo songs. On June 16, VIVIZ released a teaser for their first full-length album A Montage of ( ), set for release on July 8.
On March 19, 2026, it was reported that VIVIZ sent BPM Entertainment a notice of termination of their exclusive contracts, citing serious violations and lost of trust. The agency briefly stated that no final conclusion has been reached as of yet. On April 8, it was announced that VIVIZ had their contract with BPM terminated as of March 4, citing the agency's "violation of the obligation to pay settlement funds", "violation of the obligation to provide management support" including unilaterally canceling the release of an album scheduled for January 2026 and scrapping all domestic and overseas fan meeting schedules planned for the first half of the year, resulting in "damage to the relationship of trust".
The members' position was belatedly explained due to completing all scheduled activities until the end of March to fulfill their sense of responsibility to their fans, despite the contract being legally terminated.
