On December 12, 2023, the group's first member, Yume, was introduced, followed by Dana on December 13, Nagomi on December 14, and Vella on December 15. A fifth member was teased on December 16. On February 16, 2024, Tzuling was revealed at the fifth member.
On April 1, 2024, it was announced that ViV would debut with their EP Bomb on April 11. On September 2, Yume was revealed as a member of the group LOVEONE, under CMG Stars, confirming her departure from ViV. Shortly after, Vella announced that she had signed with MUMW Entertainment and intended to debut as a soloist under her new stage name Wish.
The group presumably disbanded in mid-2024.
