In 2000, Spell Entertainment introduced Shamony, a three-member girl group that deeply embraces Korean tradition. The lineup consisted of Sunny, Yuni and Areumi. Due to group inactivity, Shamony presumably disbanded the same year.
Following the disbandment of Shamony, the members went their separate ways: - Sunny later went by her birth name Lee Sun Hi. She is a singer, educator and advocate for traditional Korean music. She also briefly became a musical theatre actress.
In 2001, her debut performance as Princess Bari in National Theater's stage musical King Uru was nominated for the Newcomer Award at the Korean Musical Awards. In 2002, she became a part of the 임당수 사랑가 musical and debuted as a soloist with the studio album New Windows. In 2017, she released the digital single "소녀에게" which is a gugak.
- Areumi joined the band Red Station in 2001. However, due to limited information, it is unclear how long the group lasted or if they even had the opportunity to debut. The circumstances of Yuni are still currently unknown.
