On May 14, 2021, Ayeong debuted as a member of Future Idol Asia's girl group ICECREAM as part of the second installment of the 'Future Idol Debut Project' which aims to debut various idol groups throughout 2021. On February 25, 2022, it was announced that SHADOW will make their debut on March 4, 2022 with the digital single, "Dream".
