In February 2009, TGN Entertainment started teasing a new girl group named 7 Size, consisting of Yerin, Minjung, Taerin, Eunjung, Sieun, Eunji and Dasol. On the 23rd of the same month, the group made their debut as Korea's first neo-trot girl group with the digital single "아픈가슴". In July 2009, Yerin and Taerin appeared to have departed from the group and was replaced by Seojung and Hwaran.
In early 2010, TGN Entertainment started holding auditions to find new members for Seven Size. In April 2010, Seven Size announced that they would return in May with a new lineup. It was also revealed that the group would try out other genres such as pop, dance, and modern rock for this comeback instead of trot.
On June 7, 2010, the group made their comeback with "Secret Time" and an entirely new lineup, consisting of Juhee, Monica, Yiyoung, Yeji, Selyn, Dareum and Sharon. The group presumably disbanded sometime in late 2010 due to inactivity. - Selyn and Sharon were announced as members of Leader'S in October 2010.
- Selyn debuted as a member of Leader'S on March 22, 2011 with "Please" and became a member of their sub-unit Leader'S T. She later left in December 2011 due to constant member changes. In 2015, she became a member of AGirls and debuted as a member of the group on May 16, 2016 with "Uhoo".
- Sharon was also going to have a solo album released around the same time as Leader'S debut but she left the group prior to their debut. - Monica became active as the lyricist of the producer team Wartle. She also released a book in 2019 titled "I Haven't Failed Yet".
- The remaining members' circumstances are currently unknown.
