On September 25, 2021, pre-debut kids girl group Rookie revealed their upcoming debut through their Instagram, which could be found through their other girl group Cookie. The following week, they introduced the four members who will be debuting, consisting of member Sooa who is also a member of HR Entertainment's other kids girl group Cookie, Nakyeong, Youmin and maknae Bomin. On October 13, they revealed their debut digital single, "Oppa", set to release on October 19, with a music video released early on October 16.
On April 1, 2022, the group returned with their second digital single "으라차차". Shortly after this, the group became inactive and presumably disbanded the same year.
