On February 8, 2024, THE MUZE Entertainment announced that they will be debuting a five-member girl group in March. The group will include contestants from My Teenage Girl and Stars Awakening. On February 15, the group launched their social media accounts and dropped their first debut teaser.
On February 16, Minami was introduced as the group's first member, followed by Woni on February 17, Zena on February 18, May on February 19, and Liv on February 20. On February 22, 2024, a teaser photo was released for their first single album "Re:Scene", to be released on March 26. "YoYo" was pre-released on February 29.
On August 5, a teaser was released for their first mini album Scenedrome, set for release on August 27. A week later, on August 12, the group announced their first Japanese digital single, "YoYo (Japanese Ver. )", will be released on August 16.
On January 19, 2025, it was announced that RESCENE will be making their comeback with a second mini album titled Glow Up on February 5. On February 17, RESCENE announced that they would be releasing "Glow Up (English Version)" later that day. On June 13, RESCENE released a scheduler for their second single album "Dearest", set for release on July 2.
On October 10, RESCENE announced that they will release their third mini album in November. On October 23, RESCENE released a teaser for Lip Bomb, set for release on November 25. "Heart Drop" was pre-released on November 6.
On January 8, 2026, it was reported that RESCENE will release the Japanese version of "Pinball", on January 21. On February 6, it was announced that RESCENE will be releasing the song "Busy Boy" in partnership with Aria. On February 23, Aria confirmed that "[RESCENE X ???
]" will be released on February 27. On March 13, it was confirmed that RESCENE will make their comeback on April 8. On March 25, they announced the digital single "Runaway".
