On October 2, 2022, Queenz Eye revealed the members through a dance cover video released on their YouTube channel. On October 13, 2022, it was announced that the group would debut on October 24 with the first single album "Queenz Table". On February 2, it was announced that Queenz Eye will be making their first comeback within the first half of 2023.
On April 4, it was announced through their fancafe that Jenna had departed from Queenz Eye due to personal reasons. Following this, Queenz Eye would be reorganized as a five-member group. On June 20, Queenz Eye revealed that they will released their second single album "UNI-Q" on July 6.
On October 4, Queenz Eye revealed that they will released their first digital single "This is Love" on October 15. On January 24, 2025, Big Mountain Entertainment announced the departures of Hannah, Na Rin, and Da Min, and subsequently revealed plans of adding new members. On July 7, Seo Vin was introduced as a new member, followed by Kiirii, Jin Yul on July 8, and Seo Ha on July 9.
On July 21, Queenz Eye revealed that they will be releasing their first mini album Prism Ep. 01 with the new lineup on August 7.
