On May 3, Q6IX welcomed their two newest members, Jaeeun and Yeonjeong, this turning the duo into a four-member girl group.
As a four-member girl group, Q6IX officially made their debut on September 13, 2020 with the release of the digital single, "Hi Q6IX". Later on December 5, they welcomed the fifth member Chaehui.
