Despite releasing a nine-member teaser, they clarified the debut lineup is not finalized yet and could possibly change to seven or eleven members. In the Q&A, they also addressed the safety of NWH:I and the other artists after concerns for them arose when the past of the agency's previous girl group Angel Rus resurfaced. The agency acknowledged the wrongful system and abuse upheld by them 3 years ago by saying they are reflecting and repenting on this incident.

According to NA Entertainment, the past system has been abolished and they are now prioritizing the protection of their artists. They also stated that while communication with fans is important, they are valuing their artists by avoiding the stress racist and malicious comments bring which is why as of now, their comment sections are closed on SNS platforms. On January 7, Seo Gyeong Chae was unfollowed by NWH:I's Instagram account.

It is speculated that she was removed from the lineup or left the group for unknown reasons. A few days later, the group followed Nicole, hinting at her addition to the group as a new member. On January 22, NA Entertainment confirmed the lineup and revealed that NWH:I would be debuting in November.

The exact date is still unknown. From January 8 to January 24, NWH:I uploaded introduction videos of the members on Instagram, each spanning two days apart. On January 26, NWH:I posted a group photo and their member profile.

On February 1, it was announced that the members would start training together in South Korea in March and they plan to hold an overseas concert as test stage for the group before officially debuting. In the same post, they also teased a possible additional member. In March 2025, Madeleine, December and Cateria were unfollowed by NWH:I's Instagram account, hinting at their departure from the group.

On March 21, Seo Gyeong Chae was readded to the group under the name Ria M. On April 3, Ria M departed from the group due to visa issues. On the same day, NWH:I teased a new member on their Instagram account.

On April 4, Na Entertainment posted a warning against individuals who created of member Alice, giving them a week to delete these images otherwise they will file a lawsuit against these creators. Na Entertainment announced the addition of new members Via and Yena to the group on April 19 and April 23, respectively. On June 10, Maddi was unfollowed by NWH:I's Instagram account, hinting at her departure from the group.

On June 12, she confirmed her departure from NWH:I. She later explained that she left the group out of her own volition due to her father's health condition. On July 27, Na Entertainment released a statement that Yena would be taking a break from activities due to personal reasons following a mutual agreement with the agency.
