Sometime in 2020, Shana became a trainee under Aftermoon Entertainment, presumably as one of the potential new members of We Girls. She left the company sometime in 2021 after not being chosen as the group's new member. On May 22, 2022, Shana was revealed as a member of the upcoming girl group Ndear.

However, the group silently disbanded sometime in July 2022. On October 12, 2022, she was assumed to have returned to Ndear following the group's reformation, after the Instagram account of the dance team ZERO was repurposed to Ndear's new account and started following her. <!
