On September 14, 2024, MissDica Entertainment revealed they are holding auditions until October 31 for their upcoming girl group, aiming to scout girls born in 1997–2009 who are Korean and foreigners living in South Korea. Foreigners living abroad were also welcome to apply. The Rookie Development Team of the agency announced the auditions were extended until November 26 a day before the initial deadline.
On January 2, 2025, MissDica Entertainment opened the Instagram account for the upcoming girl group, tentatively named MissDica Girls. Ulin and Heca, the known trainees of the agency, are presumed to be members of the group after they shared the group's account on their Instagram story. On January 6, MissDica Girls uploaded a concept photo introducing their first three members, confirming Ulin (now going as Yulin) and Heca's involvement with the group and revealing a new member, Meefang.
On January 9, they opened their Twitter account and revealed a new group logo. On January 19, MissDica Entertainment announced they were holding auditions until February 28 for additional members. On March 3, Seina was added to the lineup.
On March 25, MissDica Entertainment announced they would host open online auditions for additional members to the group. In April 2025, MissDica Girls unfollowed Seina's Instagram account and deleted any posts that included her, hinting at her departure from the group. A month later, the same thing was done to Heca, hinting that she has also departed from the group.
On June 18, MissDica Entertainment released a statement apologizing for the delayed announcement and confirmed that Seina and Heca have terminated their trainee contracts with the agency, subsequently leaving the group. On June 20, the agency announced new set of online auditions that would be open until July 30. On June 25, Kanee and UniN were added to the lineup.
In late 2025, UniN returned to the South Korean dance group REVIVE X and in early 2026, Yulin and Meefang joined the cheerleading group BerryUp. After prolonged inactivity and the members venturing to other groups, it is presumed that the group disbanded without debut.
