In 2019, she joined Little Cheer Girl as one of the 4th & 5th generation members. She graduated from the group sometime in 2021. On September 14, 2021, upon the release of official contestant profiles, Choi Dasol was revealed as a contestant on the survival show, My Teenage Girl.
She was eliminated in the second episode after performing "Fire" by 2NE1 for the entrance exam, because she received no votes from the mentors. In October 2025, Choi Dasol debuted as a professional cheerleader.
