Prior to their debut, the duo released the OST song "You Are My Destiny" on March 16, 2021 for the KBS2 drama '. On November 3, Entertainment HAN officially revealed the then-upcoming debut of their first artist, lilli lilli. Later the same day, they revealed the lineup to consist of members Luce and Grita.
On November 5, 2021, lilli lilli announced they would be debuting with their first digital single, "Barcode", which was released on November 11. On December 3, 2022, lilli lilli released their second digital single, "Sunshine". On February 21, 2023, lilli lilli released their third digital single, "Murphy".
On October 25, all lilli lilli's official SNS accounts were deleted, except their YouTube channel. Later that day, Luce and Grita confirmed that they have disbanded. - Grita changed her stage name to Yuuuz moving forward of her career.
