On December 15, 2021, Soonsu Dance Company revealed Rody as the main vocalist and maknae of their upcoming three-member trot girl group, LALA GIRLS. She made her debut with the girl group on January 1, 2022 with the digital single "LaLaGirl's 1st Mini Album".
