On February 10, 2025, Starship Entertainment opened the social media accounts for their then-upcoming girl group KiiiKiii. About 20 artists and content creators were commissioned to tease the group through a series of posts to their Instagram. Moreover, a photo featured in one of the Instagram posts hinted at a five-member lineup as it included the names which were Kya, Subin, Sumin, Jiyu and Haum.
On February 12, 2025, it was reported that KiiiKiii would make their debut sometime in March. On February 16, the group announced they would release their debut EP Uncut Gem on March 24. The same day, the members, Leesol, Sui, Jiyu, Haum and Kya, were officially revealed and the music video for "I Do Me" was released.
On February 24, it was officially released as a single across music streaming platforms. On April 5, KiiiKiii achieved their first-ever music show win on Show! Music Core for "I Do Me".
On April 24, the group announced their fandom name to be "TiiiKiii". Inspired by the word "Tiki-Taka", the name reflects the hope that KiiiKiii and the fans will always be in harmony, like the perfect match, and that they will become true friends who share laughter and joy together. On July 17, it was announced that KiiiKiii is preparing for a new release with the goal of making a comeback in August.
On July 26, it was announced that the group would be releasing their second digital single "Dancing Alone" on August 6. On October 28, 2025, it was revealed a teaser video for their upcoming song "To Me From Me", scheduled for release on November 4, as the soundtrack for the group's collaborative web novel Dear. X: Tomorrow's Me to Today's Me, which premieres on the same day.
On December 31, 2025, KiiiKiii released new teaser images with the caption 'In the quiet, a delulu begins'. Moreover, their official website's layout was altered, now featuring the title 'Delulu World'. Later, on January 1, 2026, Starship Entertainment confirmed KiiiKiii will be making their comeback at the end of January.
On January 5, the group KiiiKiii announced that they will release their second EP, Delulu Pack on January 26, 2026.
