On November 18, 2013, the first generation of K-Girls made their debut with the digital single "Fly High". The lineup consisted of Minhee, Seeun, Jian, B. NA (then known as Sangeun) and A-Ra.
Three months later, K-Girls went on to release their first mini album, Not Bad, on January 7, 2014. After this release, the group became inactive. During this period, Minhee, Seeun and Jian presumably left the group.
On December 31, K-Girls teased the second generation lineup on their fancafe. On January 8, 2015, K-Girls introduced their first new member SeHee (originally introduced as Kim Ara), followed by Hannah on January 12 and HyoIn on January 13. However, SeHee ended up leaving shortly after this and K-Girls returned with their second digital single "Queen" on May 13 as a four-member group.
Since October, the group became inactive and was presumed to have disbanded silently.
